This Privacy Policy applies to the NODO TORQ app, the GYRO CTRL app, and the TORQ Skaarhoj app (collectively, the “Apps”), and to related fleet, relay, support, and account services, including the fleet server located at https://fleet.nodo.film and the Formwork educational, manuals, and resources server located at https://formwork.nodo.film (collectively with the Apps, the “Services”). Data collection may vary depending on the Services used, the platform, connected hardware, and enabled features.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
NODO may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services and connected hardware, and information collected automatically in connection with fleet, relay, diagnostic, and support features. This information may include:
Account and identifier information, such as email address, login status, persistent authentication token, device ID, session ID, and device label or host name;
Device and app metadata, such as app version, operating system, platform, and related technical identifiers;
Hardware and connection information, such as Bluetooth-discovered device names, identifiers, RSSI values, connected device status, selected device IDs, IP addresses, recent endpoints, interface selections, and connection state;
Fleet and relay information, such as available sessions, paired sessions, transport status, timestamps, administrative activity, server statistics, and remote management data;
Diagnostic and support information, such as relay logs, server logs, crash information, error details, troubleshooting exports, connection records, and device status data;
User-provided files and configuration information, such as files, settings, and configuration data you import, export, save, transmit, or share through the Services; and
Transaction and service information, such as receipts, order details, shipping and contact information, photos, videos, and communications relating to purchases, returns, warranty claims, repairs, or support requests.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
NODO may use collected information to operate and improve the Services, including to:
provide device control features and connect or pair with NODO hardware;
provide fleet, relay, session management, synchronization, and remote administration features;
authenticate users and administrators;
remember recent devices, endpoints, and settings;
mirror or sync device state and configuration data;
diagnose errors, troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues, and improve reliability and security;
provide customer support, warranty service, returns processing, and product-related communications; and
enforce our agreements, protect against misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations.
FLEET SERVER AND REMOTE STORAGE
To support current and future fleet, relay, remote administration, device management, diagnostics, logging, and synchronization features, NODO may collect, transmit, store, and process device, session, connection, usage, configuration, and technical diagnostic information from the Services and connected hardware on systems operated by NODO or its service providers.
LOCAL STORAGE AND SECURITY
Some information may be stored locally on your device, including recent endpoints, settings, configuration data, and authentication state. Sensitive authentication credentials may be stored in the device keychain or other secure storage and may be protected by biometric authentication, device authentication, or similar operating-system security controls.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
NODO may share information with service providers and business partners that help us operate the Services, including hosting, cloud, relay, authentication, payment processing, shipping, logistics, repair, support, compliance, and security providers. NODO may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, property, users, or operations of NODO or others.
NODO does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
DIAGNOSTICS, LOGS, AND CONNECTED HARDWARE
When fleet, relay, logging, remote administration, or support features are used, NODO may collect and review log files, connection records, device status, administrative actions, and related diagnostic information for support, abuse prevention, security review, service improvement, and operational maintenance.
Connected devices, control surfaces, networks, and third-party integrations may generate or transmit information that is visible to NODO when these features are used.
RETENTION
NODO retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, perform diagnostics, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business and transaction records. Logs may be retained for a limited operational period, while order, warranty, repair, and compliance records may be retained longer.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, or request limitation of certain processing, as well as the right to opt out of certain sharing or use of personal information. California residents may also have rights under California law, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
