Design
Top to bottom every square millimeter of the MST1 is optimized for power distribution, ruggedness, flexibility, and thermal management.
Unibody Chasis
The body is milled on a 5-axis CNC machine from a single block of aluminum. It is designed to last in the rugged nature of film sets.
Solid-State Power
The MST1 lacks any moving parts like fans. It has been thermally optimized to distribute heat through internal heatsinks and safely into the unibody.
Flexible form factor
The Mainstation can happily run off just two battery plates. However, when more current is needed to hot-swap high current devices, a third battery mount is tucked away under the rear fins. Simply flip them over, to exposes a third battery mount. The only tool needed is a T9 Tox screwdriver—both the battery plates and fins—and the screws are always there, hidden in the unibody.
