Requirements
The Inertia Wheels and Receiver must be on firmware 1.0.2 or greater.
Step 1
Mount the Third Axis to the Inertia Wheels.
First install the rear mounting bracket onto the Inertia Wheels using the 5mm bolts.
Then attach the Third Axis using the small right angle bracket and 3/8-16 bolt.
Step 2
Plug the Third Axis into the Inertia Wheels.
Connect the short or long Lemo cable from the rear of the Third Axis into the port labelled “3RD AXIS” on the rear of the wheels.
Step 3
Enable the Third Axis.
In the Inertia Wheels menu, navigate to Menu > Third Axis and check Enable Third Axis
Step 4
Map the Third Axis.
In the Third Axis menu, choose how you would like to map the Third Axis wheel.
Final Step
Ensure the gimbal is configured well.

Check the Menu > Output > Freefly Settings > Control Mode. We suggest using Absolute: Lens Roll or Absolute: Standard.
Ronin 2
